Permit Application Form

The following is an application for a permit to drive your ATV, UTV, Snowmobile, Golf Cart, Mini Bike, and all other such machines in the City of Corydon. Please read ordinances chapter 10.42 and 10.46 before filling out this application.

Any Violation of these Ordinances shall be considered a simple misdemeanor and may also be cited a municipal infraction within the discretion of the City of Corydon, IA.

You must fill out a form for each machine you have to acquire the correct amount of permit stickers.

Anyone operating the machinery must be of 18 years or older.

Please give City Hall a copy of your Driver’s License and insurance card or proof of financial liability.
