New Customer Utility Payment Portal

We are excited to announce our new online customer portal!
The City of Corydon has moved to a NEW customer portal. You may now create an account online to view your monthly statements, sign up for paperless billing, and pay your account using a bank account or a debit/credit card.
Create your account today!
1. Go to corydonia.ourcommunityconnect.com
2. Below the city logo, please click “New User? Create your account”.
3. Enter your email address, create a password (enter it twice), cell phone number is optional, and click Register.
4. ***IMPORTANT***You will need to check your email and click the link in your email to verify your email address.
5. Login in. Click on utility billing (link a customer) button.
6. Enter your customer number (this can be found on your customer bill, do not enter dashes or periods) and the last name on your account (it must be spelled as it appears on your bill) and then click Submit. Contact City Hall if you need your account number, 641.872.1826.
***URGENT***
If you currently use the City of Corydon FrontDesk portal, AutoPay is no longer available. Customers must create a new account at corydonia.ourcommunityconnect.com to set up autopay or make one-time payments on utility bills. Plan to create your new account by December 1st, 2025, to ensure that your December bill is paid by the due date!
